I just suggest you a safe website that will provide Master security code for you easly.
Follow this:
1. go to: manual kawasaki zzr400
2. Insert your IME (Type *#06# and push the green button and get your mobile's IME)
3. Check this: "I'm legal owner of the phone with that IME"
4. hit the Generate button
Now, get your Master security code and unlock your cell phone.

If you have AT&T throw it in the trash. They sub most their online and service calls overseas to puppets who read from a script. If you go to one of their stores you'll find a duffest who doesn't know swat who you will put you off till you finally leave because they smell so bad.
