Question i got a e350 mp3 player do i need to download any software or somthing for it on the computer, cause i plug it in the usb and nothing happens.

No drivers are necessary. You need to have Windows XP / SP2 and Windows Media Player 10, or higher in order for the device to be recognized. Best of Luck.

Did you download the Zune software?

The Zune website has the Zune software which must be downloaded for your computer to communicate with your Zune.

And when you connect your Zune to your computer it should begin charging (as I'm assuming this is a new device).

If you have already installed the software I would assume the low battery was slowing the communication between your Zune and your computer.

If you Zune is fully charged and the software is fully installed try plugging the USB cable into a different port. Sometimes the Zune and the connector USB isn't automatically sensed on certain ports and certain moments.

My thing that hooks up from the mp3 to the computer wont work or somthing every time i plug it in it doesnt charge and the computer doesnt aknowledge it also i cant open up the phillips mp3 on my computer

If it's a standard cable, it's a USB to mini USB cable. Have you tried a different cable with similar ends? Also, have you tried a different USB port on your computer?

Usb malfunction

I can help you with you Coby 610 mp3 player.

What is happening is that your Coby isn't communicating properly with the computer. You don't need a driver, you just need to repair the Coby's system software.

Replacing the firmware in your mp3 player should have it working like new again.

How do I download videos without them failing?

1st you want to install the cd software into the computer
2nd. plug in your cord
3. go to my computer
4. go to desktop but minimixe the my computer then on your desktop youll see somthing called media converter 2.5 the double click that then convert your videos to that then there you go

I opened Media Player and plugged the mp3 player into the usb port and used the feature called Sync and it started downloading my music onto the mp3 player. I also checked the function in my computer under device manager to make sure the usb port was working correctly.. Hope this helps!

How do i download music from computer to mp3player?

To be able to transfer music from your computer to your MP3 player all you need to do is plug in the USB cable then go to My computer and drag and drop the files to the player. the player woudl be listed under removable devices.

Try this, uninstall ALL software and Drivers to do with the Player. Reboot. Then reinstall all the software and drivers again, then plug in ya player into ANY OTHER USB port and it should be detected and work.. If not.. its repair/replacement time :(

Omni Mp3 Player Trouble

your gonna need to install the proper drivers on your puter for your usb ports as thats why the puters not reconizing the unit. You should have gotten software for your puter when you got it or go into install new hard ware and install the windows default drivers for USB. Good Luck
