Digital camera photosmart r725
it wont open when power is turn on,i keep getting ,(camera has experienced an error)(please reset your camera)this number accompanies the message-00000018-4489-957-000,ive read the manuel nowhere does it say how to reset, help ?
Make sure you have the power switch in the on position, located where the power cord plugs into your computer. If that switch is on, then a red LED light should be on by the front panel power switch. I've had troubles using the remote from a distance further than 4-5 feet away from the set.
