Question about Casio Exilim Zoom EX-Z700 Digital Camera
You may want to replace the cable you're connecting to the TV with. I have seen this happen with one other camera, and it ended up being a bad cable.

If it's only a few weeks old, it should still be under warranty with Casio.
Give them a call at their customer service number and explain the problem. You can tell them you think it's the cable, but you might want to just explain it and ask for a repair. They may just replace the camera for you if you do that.

Also, if you still have the receipt and packaging, you can probably exchange it at the store you purchased it from.
Even if Casio doesn't repair or replace it (they SHOULD), at the very least they should know where to get a new cable. But if I were you, I'd insist on a repair/replacement. After all, that's what the warranty is for.

This is a new camera and it was working just fine for the first few weeks then, suddenly, this happened. Does that make sense? Where does one go to get a new cable?
