Question about Zanussi 24 in. DE6965 Built-in Dishwasher

Eureka! thank you FixYa. My Zannusi de6965 was failing to heat up andf finish the programe and showing Al3 read a number of your contributers and after stripping down the front of the DISH WASHER found my way into the main circuit board and there they were 2 two DRY JOINTS ( where the blue and orange wires connect) cleaned and re-soldered then re- assembled and tested.... Eureka! it worked just fine.Remember to take care when disconnecting the internal wiring from the circuit board. I colour marked each connector block and made a drawing. Thanks again hope this helps.

The float switch may be hung up and this can cause the dishwasher to be stuck in a cycle.
Timer / Control
If your dishwasher gets stuck in a cycle first try shutting off the breaker for at least 5 minutes if this does not correct the problem you will need to replace the timer /electronic control.
