It dosent wana turn on, because when I put music on it and it was working good, but then the next day I changed my music and then it dosen't want to turn on. can u please help me.
When you do re format it, right click on my computer, and go to manage. on the left side, go to disk management, and right click on the sansa icon. select format and make sure the file system is FAT32. if you don't do this, it sometimes will say that you only have a little memory left.

Does it connect to your PC?

Hook up your mp3 player to your computer Go to your desktop and double left click on "My Computer" When it opens you will see listing that says "Devices with Removal Storage" your mp3 player should be listed there. Right click on your mp3 player, and a window will open, right click on "Open" and now your files/songs should be visible. Hold the left click down and drag it across all the files/songs that you do not want this will highlight the files/songs you do not want, release, right click and then click on "Delete" Now your mp3 player should be clear of the files/songs you do not want. Be careful and do not delete files needed to operate your MP3 player. Good Luck, I hope this helps Please rate me, Thank You
more that likely when you put music from limewire on it the music was infected with a virus and corupted the mp3 player theres a slim chance you can download the firmware for your mp3 player and reflash the players software and it might work again but i highly recomend that you stop using limewire because almost everything on there is infected with viruses and spyware and otherprograms that can mess up your pc next
