Restrict calls i m not able to manage the restrict calls from my w700i mobile i want to lock the outgoing call without password

Call restrictions - Restrict incoming calls to and outgoing calls from your device
(network service). A barring password is required.

Closed user group - Define a group of people whom you can call and who can
call you (network service).

call barring password is used for call barring service. in call barring you can restrict outgoing and incoming calls

It enables you to restrict or bar certain or all types of calls to and from your mobile phone, i.e. outgoing calls, outgoing international calls, incoming calls.

the password which yu set in yur call settings will be d password.

first go to managing calls and then get into restrict all the outgoing calls. and a menu with activate, deactivate and get status menu will appear. choose the activate option it will ask for password if u have not set any password for ur mobile then give four zero(0000) as ur password.

u cant restrict but can manage the incoming calls just go to
SETTINGS-CALLS SETTINGS -MANAGE CALLS-ACCEPT CALLS-ONLY FROM LIST.( u can make the list of desired contacts). giv it a try unwanted callers get a busy tone as soon as they try calling u.

The password you need for restricting calls is operator related. You can get the code from your mobile operator.

I had the same problem
I contacted the network provider I use
They said that I didn't "enable" the call restrictions service to my mobile number
I enabled it, then tried the default passcode "0000"

We can't directly restrict calls. For that u have to call your network service provider. They'll give u a password for that.
