I found the manual at this site. The bench is on the same manual but at the very end. It took about 2 days to put it together.

Any kind of lubricant can be used for the most part. I used Pledge (the stuff for dusting around your house). Now, everything slides nice and smoothly (and it smells lemony fresh! LOL!).
