Controllers just bought a near new ps 1 but the controllers are not working.when i put a game on it comes up saying controllers not connected i've checked leads and ports,tried other controllers i have and know they work, still no go. thanking you in advance. cheers

Sounds like you have a dud controller port module. I had the same problem after I broke my PS. The fuse in the controller ports is blown. Either take it to be repaired, or by anotherone dirt cheap - I bought a new one for £10.

Yes it is possible for a PS 1 disc to be faulty and not work at all. I had that problem with one of my PS 1 disc's was not working so I had bought a second disc of the same game for my PS 1 console and it was working. Try buying a new game disc to see if it works or not if it works then then it was just a faulty disc if it doesn't work at all then your PS 1 console is having a problem with the laser and the lens and the disc drive that needs to be replaced. If it is working on a different system then it could be your PS 1 console. Try a new disc and see if it works first.

Gaming mouse cannot detect
try to plug into every usb slot... see if your mouse can still work or not... but i recommend you to bring that mouse and claim for it warranty....
ps; if you plug your mouse into the PS/2 port, u need to restart your pc. i hope this will help you.

My new wireless controlpad will not connect
I'm having the same problem... Only when I click my PS button, it flashes, normally. Then again, it's faint, and very, very fast, machine-gun-like flashing. And it's really annoying. Who knows how to fix this problem? I've tried resetting, there's no way to connect the controller with the console it's self, I've tried using the wire to connect it... No luck, nothing's happening. Please help?

the problom is your controller , bring it back 2 the shop were u bought it 4 a replacement 1 ,. u can also open it up and fix it yourself but if u dont know how , i wouldnt advise it.

My Ps3 has code 8001000A and won't connect to the network
Since you're having both controller and wireless it might have something to do with your PS3's wireless hardware.

If both your controller and your internet work correctly while wired then that would help to confirm that.

Test to see if it makes a difference. If it works correctly then I would suggest replacing the part yourself. It's VERY easy to do.

Let me know what happens by rating my solution and then we'll go from there.

Power problem
Sounds to me that you have loose connection, have you pulled the plug out of the socket and checked the wires are connected properly.Obviously make sure there is no power on if you do this!

Move the lead about behind the PS3 see if it makes any differance.

How old is the unit is it under warranty if it is then i would take it back to where you bought it.
