I have a motorola h500 and when i try to open my blue tooth i face this problem, when i choose find me in the phone set up, the blue tooth does not work, and i cant send or receive nothing by the blue tooth
What type of phone do you have? When you try pairing with your phone are you sure you have activated the option? If not, here's what to do. Hold the call button on the H500 until the blue light stays on, then with your phone go to the bluetooth option and select search for devices. It should be able to find it then.

Well, try to press the Call button: it is the button that has got telephone drawed. Hold it until you see the blue light steadily lit. That means that you just turned on and putted the headset into pairing mode. Now find Motorola H500 over your mobile phone. You will need to put a pass, and it is by default (i think, on ALL Motorola Headsets): 0000. You're ready for using!
The H500 is a monaural headset, thus good for phone calls only, not for listening to stereo music. You haven't specified which Motorola phone you own. Check in its user guide if it is able to handle stereo bluetooth headsets (i.e. if it bears the A2DP and AVRCP bluetooth profiles), which are suitable for music streams. If your phone is able to handle them, go to the mall (or store, or even online), buy one set which suits you better, pair them with your phone and enjoy!
Just my 2 cents...

you would need to get in contact with the bluetooths manufactorer most wireless carriers do not support bluetooth they just sell them and know the phones are compatible
you need to depress the button on the headset until the blue light stays continiously on.. then search fro devices from your phone..once the device is found the blue light will flash and blink
