To reformat your MP3 player. You need to connect first your device to your computer then under my computer right click on SAMSUNG device under removeable devices then click on FORMAT.

you didnt safely disconnect your mp3 player so you corrupted your mp3 files you need to reformat and start over with your music and do update before adding music to mp3 player

Go into my computer then right click on the removable storage icon and then on format.
