NOTE: If the printer has been powered OFF for a long period of time, the date and time may need to be reset when the printer is powered back ON.
Press the [Menu] button on the Control Panel until 'Machine Setup' is displayed on the top line of the Display Screen.
Press the [Left] or [Right] arrow button on the Control Panel until 'Date and Time' is displayed.
Press the [Enter] button on the Control Panel.
Refer to the table below to enter the current date and time using the numeric keypad.

00 - 59 NOTE: By default, the clock mode is set to the 12-hour mode; however, the clock mode can be modified to the 24-hour mode. See the Related Items below for additional information.
Press the [*] or [#] button on the numeric keypad to select 'AM' or 'PM' for the 12-hour mode.
If a mistake is made, press the [Left] or [Right] arrow button to move the cursor under the digit to be modified, and then enter the correct digit using the numeric keypad.
When the date and time are correct, press the [Enter] button.
Press the [Stop / Clear] button on the Control Panel to return to the Standby mode.
