I want to change mouse from right hand to left hand use?

It's very easy. Just follow the following steps!
If you are using windows 8, press the windows button on your keyboard(the one left of left 'alt') and type "change mouse click settings" , just click on settings tab on right and click on the first option that appears.
Just change the left or right orientation as per your choice now and click on apply and ok.
If using ANY OTHER OPERATING SYSTEM
1. goto start->control panel
2. Click on mouse(or hardwares-> mouse if in category view)
3. click on buttons tab
4. select required orientation and click on apply and ok

get into the control panel, and click on the mouse and keyboard icon.

Right and left click is reversed

Go to mouse properties in control panel. Your mouse is set up for a left handed user. Change it to normal right hand use. Hope this helps Fix Ya up.

These are the steps to change the mouse sensitivity
