This problems it is the causes by the tv power supply board.That the board,where the power a/c cord plug into it.Try website like Ebay.com to buy a whole refurbish power supply board for the replacement.

Power off the tv. Unplug it from the wall and let it set for a good 5-10 minutes for a hard reset on the tv. If you have a cable box then do the same to it. It sounds like the whole system needs a hard reset.

LG 32LD450 TV is completely dead, power supply with blown fuse on primary, how to fix?

Unless you have electronics repair experience, you will need to replace the power supply. If you do have some repair experience, I would check for any shorted diodes, bridge rectifier, switching mosfet, or a cap on the primary side. Replacing the fuse will not solve your problem.

HELLO, I've just bought LG 32LD450 tv and have no idea how to switch freeview. This tv supposed to be with freeview already, but I've checked my manual and can not find it. Could you please help me.

Do you mean free over the air HD?? If so hook up a UHF antenna to the ATSC connection on your tv and you will be able to receive all over the air broadcast HD tv signals in your area for free.
