Question about Canon PowerShot S60 Digital Camera
Take a picture with the camera and download it. If the pictures also shows up white then this probably is a defective CCD imager. If so, Canon should fix this for you for free, including free shipping both ways. This is regardless of your camera's warranty status. Please check the following two links for more info:

I also own an S60 with the same white screen issue. This started just the other day. I can take photos and download them fine, I just can't see anything on the LCD screen, just white. The camera has been dropped a few times, but has always worked and these drops occurred some years ago. I have changed the Compact Flash, pushed all the buttons, still a white screen.
Identical problem here on my S60 and yes the pictures download fine - so in all other respects the camera is working, so unfortunately Toonz remedy refers to a different problem and the camera doesn't seem to be recognised as having a problem by canon.
