1. Visit the Samsung website. You will be able to locate and download upto date software for your player as well as better firmware which will allow it to play better
2. Reset your player. If that doesn't work update your firmware by visiting the Samsung website

I can't here my music it says no files and i have music onit then it says volume is corrupted what do i do.

there could be a glitch in the driver for the player in the computer. what i want you to do is re install the driver for the player in the computer. please post back with the result

Dear All
My ACTIONS HS MP4 USB Flash Disk has a lean screen. i switched on for the first time and the top edge slant from left to right. checked the Menu Options but no luck. i know you can scare up a normal monitor screen but dont know how to sort this one out.
