Samsung YPT10 Player

You have to upgrade the firmware to the latest version. Your firmware doesn't support deleting anything. Heres the site and it will tell ypu how to upgrade if you download the upgrade manual. You have to have Uncompressing software WINRAR or WINZIP etc... to decompress the firmware.   http://www.samsung.com/us/support/download/supportDown.do?group=&type=&subtype=&model_nm=YP-T10JAB&language=&cate_type=all&dType=&mType=UM&vType=&prd_ia_cd=03040200&disp_nm=YP-T10JAB&model_cd=&menu=download

Its near the bottom. You have to click firmware.
