Question about Logitech Harmony 520 LCD Remote Control
The LCD screen on my Harmony 520 appeared burned out, but on closer inspection, the screen is cracked. Where do I get this fixed. I've attempted to contact Logitech and all they tell me is to update the firmware. they didn't even respond to the basis of the contact, a burned screen. any suggestions where I can this thing replaced or is it useless to attempt? Thanks

try it on a different usb port, or even a different computer. try a different cable, and if all fails, remove the batteries on the remote, put them back, and try this all again.

My son gave this to me for Christmas to use for my new Theater system, he's returned to Iraq unable to ask him where the CD or instructions are and what all of these buttons mean. Please note that I am 74 years old and can figure it out if I had the instructions

Dear Sir:
Turn off the power to your computer and unplug all cables connected to it. Remove the battery, if one is installed.
Locate the covered screws around the cracked screen. Remove the rubber or plastic covers, then unscrew the screws.
Gently remove the plastic frame around the cracked screen and set it aside. Disconnect any power cords or cables going into the LCD screen.
Remove the cracked screen and slide the new screen into place. Replace any tape or plastic fasteners that hold it in place.
Reconnect all internal cords to the screen. Screw in the frame and replace all the screw covers.
Reconnect the power supply and all external cables to the LCD screen and switch it on.
sincerely. God bless you
