TOSHIBA MODEL DK3210-SD we forwarded calls during lunch and now can not get them to disconnect..even using the codes provided

Look in the front of your phone directory to find out how to do call forwarding in your area, or call land line phone company and ask them.

This does depend on which Toshiba phone system your phone is connected to

In the emanager software you can go to class of service and disable executive overide. I dont know of anyway to physically disable the speaker itself, but this will stop people from picking up on a active call. Hope this helps.

There is a couple of way to do this. If you are trying to call forward the lines to a outside extension you will have to press Intercom #6011 9 (your phone number you want it to go to) then redial. Your second option is to get call forwarding through your telephone provider. Usually this is a low cost addition and is the way I would forward calls externally. Hope this helps.

I would suggest calling the manufacture of the universal remote or your local cable/satellite provider. One of the two should be able to provide remote code.

Depending on what system you have it can be programmed in system programming. This must be done from Ext 205 and your manual can be found here.

ask the provider to program the ringging assignment. It wont ring couse dint assign a ringging assignment.

It depends on the kind of telphonesystem and the kind of forwarding.

Generally the procedure is #code# where code is
21 for call forwarding unconditional
61 for call forwarding on no reply
67 for call forwarding when busy

On most mobile operators you can do #002# or ##002# to take the all in one go.
On some fixed (analog/PSTN/ISDN) lines you can use #001# to take them all inone go.
Some PABXes(officephones) also have call forwarding on precense (lunch, meeting. etc) and this is often turned off with #23#
