Plugged in or battery the switch doesn't work most of the time

2 choices turn the comp over un plug the battery leave about 2 minits.
then plug back in and try again .
If that doesn't work then when it starts 2 boot up press F8 several times it will ask normal start or select last known good configuration & select it . if that doesn't work have u aback up disk insert the 4 th disk and boot from that insert tha disck turn off comp and re start it will come up boot from disc press any key yes thats shold b it

you could have a faulty dc jack (where charger plugs in to the laptop)

Have you checked your battery on the mouse? I would pressume that it uses battery since its wireless. Does it have a on/off switch? Because for it to work you need to turn it on. It's time to change your battery.

First of all, I would let the battery on the device die down(let the battery run until it switches off). Then plug it into a power source. Then see if it works. If that doesn't work I would consider returning it. It shouldn't delete your songs and there should be no long term negative effects.

It a bad cell in the battery pack. That battery will die faster and faster each time until eventually it won't work at all. Replace the Battery.

Try removing AC power and battery for a while (few minutes) then reconnect AC plug ONLY and try to start it. If it works, shut it down and try connect the battery too. If it doesn't, then you have to go to the service shop.

Take the battery out for 30 seconds then put it back and in and try and power it up. If it doesn't power up, try plugging the charger in and see if that works. If that doesn't work then there is something blocking the power button from completing the circuit. If that's the case then it may need repaired or replaced.

did it get wet? does it power on when plugged in? if it does, its the battery. if you can, try another battery. yours could be dead. if another battery doesn't work, it's time to take it into the dealer or service provider. i have the same phone but never had that problem. if it doesn't come on at all there isn't much else you could do. sorry.
