How to lube belt for Tempo 632T treadmill

Do not use wd-40 on your bearings. That will only clean it and dilute the bearing grease that came with it from the manufacturer, thus hindering it's longevity. Axle/bearing grease is the only solution here. And as mentioned, 100% silicone lube between the belt and deck. Ensure to properly tension the belt so it does not let the roller slip, while in use, and possibly burn the belt.

1) for deck belt use 100% silicone LUBE
2) for bearing use WD-40 Or similar.

Horizon treadmills need a silicon lubricant, placed between the underside of the walking belt and the deck board that it slides across. This should be done about once a year ;o)

My treadmill, a Tempo 632T, speeds up on its own. What are my options?

I would love to say run faster.
but these are not simple machines that can be diy repaired and can cause injury if the problem is incorrectly identified. Any one of several sensors, the main drive motor or even the controller can cause this issue, the more intermittent the more awkward it can be to tie down.
Consider the age of the machine before repairing and consider a nice shiny new one.
I have assumed by the way that there are no mechanical binding or strange noises from the treadmill.

632t tempo . Change indicator from Kim's to miles.?

1.Start by turning the unit on.
2.For a treadmill, step on the side rails and insert the safety key.
3.For a treadmill press and hold at the same time, the INCLINE UP and SPEED DOWN arrow buttons for 3-5 seconds. The console will beep and begin to scroll SELECT ENG MODE. At this point you can release the buttons.
4.For the switch function mode on a treadmill, press the INCLINE UP arrow button to take you to ENG3.
5.Press the ENTER button.
6.Now press the START button, the display will change between Miles and KM (Kilometers).
7.Once it is displaying the desired output, press and hold the STOP button for 3-5 seconds to exit. The console will beep and begin to scroll SELECT ENG MODE. At this point you can release the button.
8.Finally, press and hold the STOP button again to exit Engineering Mode. The console will beep and return to the main screen. At this point you can release the button.

Error message E1 on tempo 632t treadmill - what is it and how can I fix it ?

Hi There,

Tempo....check this lower control board for a small potentiometer or little square cube with a screwdriver slot in the top. Adjust this pot CW to 3/4 full turn and retry. Check feedback sensor(s). Does the belt move and then error and stop, or never start? These lower boards do fail and you can contact [email protected] for more help if needed. Good Luck

What does lube bell mean

Hi,
Either your treadmill has a typo or....well, it's LUBE BELT.

Download the manual for specific model and it will describe how to lube the belt. There may be a RESET procedure required to turn off the message and turn on the treadmill.

under the shroud cover there is a bolt that loosens the tension on the belt...be sure the belt sensor "sees" the belt as that is why you have an E-1 error code
