In keypad the numbers 4,5 and 6 are not working

Keypads key configuration by Rows and Columns

Row 0 = soft left, left, soft right, right
Row 1 = send, up, , down, camera
Row 2 = 1, 2, 3, select,
Row 3 = 4, 5, 6, volume up
Row 4 = 7, 8, 9, voume down
Row 5 = * , 0, #
Row 6 = music play, music forward, music rewind

Column 0 = soft left, send, 1, 4, 7, *, music play
Column 1 = left, up, 2, 5, 8, 0, music forward
Column 2 = soft right, 3, 6, 9, #, music rewind, camera
Column 3 = right, down, select, volume up, volume down,

i think this is a dusting problem so open your cover & clean your keypad if problem not solve then
change your keypad or check their hardware..

key pad not working

open your phone cashing than also 4 screws under LCD.pick key pad,use( - )screw or cutter eyes.clean keypad connector use pencils erraser (it safety).also open white plastic on key pad clean it up too. its often happen.Good luck.

If u want to format your cell just follow following procedure:-
First of all Switch off your phone then press and hold 3 keys combined

• Green dial key
• Star key no *
• No 3 key on keypad

then press the power on to switch on the phone.

• In the process don't leave the 3 press and hold keys, After some time the phone 'll format completely

Note :all your data will be delete in the process of formatting.

After formatting the cell keep an installed anti virus for your cell.

just use jumper between key plate and keypad connector..

check bubble pad then change keypad ic

Dear Make is software if ur phone key are working on wrong function. if not ok then change the key pad ic (both)even not ok then its prob from CUP check might be possible that when u press the button with speed ur mobile goes on restart then its prob from CPU.

my 7610 keys 2 , 5, 8 and * are not working. kindly give me any solution.
