Xerox XC830 Copier--Paper jams as it is leaving the copier

is it problem when you try to copy vis adf or its aucord in platen glass also?

It is a problem with the mechanics, try playing with the traction wheels at the back of the prointer

Will have to replace the drum unit. Staples, etc have those.

If a document jam occurs during a transmission, the message "DOCUMENT JAM" is displayed. If this occurs, follow the procedure below. It is recommended that a duplicate from a copier, of the jammed document be used to reduce the chance of a jam when resending the document.

Note: The power can be left ON when clearing a paper jam.

The document is fed at an angle.
Adjust the Document Guides to the edges of the

The Control Panel Cover is not fully closed.
Close the Control Panel Cover fully.
The document is stapled. Remove the staple(s), or make a duplicate using a copier and use the copy as the sending document.
Basic Troubleshooting
1. Remove all documents from the Document Support.
2. Open the Control Panel Cover.
3. Remove the document jam. Remove any pieces of paper, paper clips, or staples that may have caused the jam.
4. Close the Control Panel Cover.
5. Verify the display has returned to the Standby Mode.

Sounds like the output clutch. Take the top off the fuser area and clean the clutch.

The jamming with the copy half way thru is almost always a broken fuser drive gear. The fuser unit is the part that gets hot as the paper exits the machine. Check the back side of this unit. You will see a gear, or part of a gear that is about 1.5 inches across. Either that gear breaks or the cog inside of it shears off and this causes the fuser not to turn. Very inexpensive part at less than $15 and pretty easy to change.

If you had the part I am sure you could find someone to install it if you don't feel comfortable with doing it.

Wat is the code about this problem 08-300 its maine the Füser is not start on the same time when the cluts is not werking oder the pall is not gooing to this point open the front dore an you cann sche small cluts this is no good contact of its not working then you can puss the small wiel to the bik rol en the paper wil to the füser turn the green wiel and the paper go to füser out. I had this problem also with Xerox 5760 the same .

it does sound like the toner cartridge is empty or bad.
