Your computer is overheating, clean the dust out of it. Remove the dust covering the air intake/exhaust vents.

FIRST CHECK ALL THE CONNECTIONS ON YOUR MOTHERBOARD.IS IT PROPERLY CONNECTED.N ALSO CHECK UR POWER SUPPLY.THNXX

Can you hear if the HDD are running, or powering up (most hdds have a sound like a tourbo charger kicking as on a big rig when they are trying to pass you on the interstate or similar sound) LOL (getting carried away with my discriptions again) But do list to see if you hear them powering up. 1. Go to http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us
2. Download the latest version driver, extract to flash disk.
3. Connect your flash disk when windows said that driver is missing (before enter vista serial
number) and browse to "IDE/WinVista/sataraid" windows will choose the driver that it need,
install it
4. The process will continue as usual....

TRY BOOTING FROM A SYSTEM DISK , IF THIS DOESN'T WORK YOUR RAM MAY NEED TO BE CHECK TO SEE IF ITS FUNCTIONING PROPERLY
