Browser set up is incomplete

This will happen if your chat is active on your mail page. If it loads, it will automatically sign you out of the instant messenger program that's not on your web browser.

In order to prevent this in the future, deactivate chat and mobile text on your Yahoo mail tab by setting it to unavailable. If you're permanently unavailable via the browser window, then Messenger will not log you out.

You should upgrade the internet browser you are currently using as this may no longer support or does not support the chat feature of Yahoo Mail.

Chat in Yahoo! Mail is only available with the following browsers:

-Firefox versions 2.0 and newer

See vista has got some compatibility problems.....

What i will recommend is that you download google crome and in the search box type google crome extension,see the search result click the first one and try to find out yahoo mail........

after that you click on the yahoo mail ,,,,google will automatically install in your browser in the right side of your address bar,,,,,,,,,,,,

from there you can chat ,,, this will solve your problem,,,,

When you are online with Yahoo Messenger and at the same time sign-in with your yahoo mail account, Your connection with Yahoo Messenger will be lost(and it will sign out automatically) when you tried to open your mail chat.

Or if your status is " Available " on the mail chat of your Yahoo Mail account. Once you sign in on this account, you will be signed out in your Yahoo Mesenger account unexpectedly.

So, here is what you need to do.

Sign in with your Yahoo Mail account. On the upper part of the page, beside your name, click sign out of chat. The message should appear "offline"
Now try signing in with your Yahoo Messenger account. Then after signing in, view the content of your yahoo account. It will not disconnect the connection of your YM.

plz use some fast browser like firefox.the best browser is opera download latest opera its free if u still facing the problum try to reset mail setting mean change your password try your mail on onther pc if still facing prob so u need to yahoo help .you can live chat in yahoo messenger for yahoo help room plz not---> click on join chat room in yahoo messanger after that ---> computer and internet-> yahoo help chat . there are many yahoo helper who worked in yahoo .i hope your problum will solve and plz reply with your answer for imrove my rank thx

Im sorry to say but, you cant retrieve your chat archives from yahoo mail. but you can only retrieve it in Yahoo Messenger.

In order to set the settings in Yahoo Messenger so that you can retrieve the chat archives for future reference,

First..
go to messenger > preferences > Archive > and choose Yes, save all of my messages.

This sets your yahoo messenger application to save all your chat messages even when you logout or close the application.

If you want to retrieve your chat archives, click the View Archive button
