Back rear tires are wobbly due to uneven air in tires. Some of the tubbing is coming out of the wheel.

Be ready, this is a little bit of a dirty job, have rags handy..
What you need to do is coax the tube back inside the tire, without damaging it. Use hands only, no screwdrivers or other tools.

Sometimes letting all of the air out helps, some air back in helps...but you need to wind up with the tube fully inside the tire and NOT at all in the tire bead to rim area. This is where the add air helps...
When you achieve the above steps, you need to ensure that the tire bead (the part that actually touches the wheel) is even and seated all the way around. INSIDE and OUT... Then add air and often check that the tire bead is still correctly located inside the wheel. (What happens is the bead goes deep into the rim on one side, and that allows the tire to go clear past the wheel on the other side...Just center everything..)
Then blow the tire up to the correct pressure. I think you want to be a little on the high side, as the tires need to be able to roll with low resistance, and that takes pressure.
I hope this helps. Check all of the other tires for issues and pressure and cruise on.

91 accord lx front wheels srem to wobble when hitting bumps in thr road

A loose front end is no joke. Ignoring the problem can cause premature / uneven tire wear and other costly repairs or accident due to catastrophic failure when least expected.

Typically, front end pivoting points used for steering - called "ball joints" - wear out providing similar sensations as you describe. This is not really a DIY type of repair - and should be brought to a trusted mechanic for a proper diagnosis and repair.

I changed tires cause of a bad wobble, problem solved, a month later it came back at 60-80 mph, gettin worse on my 94 ranger

Here's a long answer. It could be 100 things. But if your wobble is showing up at low speeds, look at the tread on the tires. Does it snake back and forth? If so you have a belt separation in the tire. If it's not a tire, you may have a suspension part that's bad. Or, more than one. Control arms, ball joints, tie rods, (inner and outer), bushings, and wheel bearings, and any one of them could be waiting to send you into the ditch, or worse. Many garages will give you a free check of your major components. Try them. If you can't or won't, jack up your truck so one wheel is in the air, grab the front tire with one hand at 9 o'clock and the other at 3 o'clock. Wiggle the tire. A very little play, is probably ok, but if you have more than 1 inch of movement, you probably have a bad wheel bearing or a ball joint or control arm. Now grab the tire from top and bottom. Try to move the tire up or down. You should have NO play, at all. Any movement is bad, probably a ball joint, but it still could be a bearing. When you're driving, if your steering wheel is wobbling side to side, it's a front wheel problem. If you just feel the wobble in your seat, it's a rear wheel problem. Don't let the problem keep getting worse. If you put used tires on, it's probably a tire. That, you can fix. Anything else I've mentioned, you can't fix without some very expensive tools, and an alignment machine. Good luck.

2000 Hyundai Sonata front end wobbles.

put the front tires on the back and see if it changes.
alot of times,if the suspension is defective it wears the tires uneven ,out of round.
check and make sure the wheel nuts are tight and torqued properly.
alot of techs use just the gun,and not a torque stick and overtighten the wheel nuts.
