Right side door fan is defective disconnect defect one than clear error and start your device problem will be solve if problem persists change fan.
If fan is good you will change the DC controller.

you can solve this error by following these steps
Options->Under the Hood->Change proxy settings->LAN Settings -> Automatic Configuration -> Automatically detect settings = ON

Close GC
Restart

It should load the page(s) as expected.

Resolved on WXP-SP3 not running GC.

Turn OFF Windows Firewall. Last MS Update must have turned it ON.

found this solution, maybe it also helps to solve your error.
Try and change OCR language
he was scanning documents with danish language to PDF and OCR language set to English. Received the same error, changing OCR language to danish solved his problem.
