Help everytime i close my phone it shuts off

It is a year and a 1/2 old and most of the time when i close it, it shuts off. I've tried charging it and nothing changes. i would rather not half to buy a new phone or any parts because in 6 months it will be time to get a new phone.... Please help

The battery might be shot or your memory might be full, when my phone started acting funky I called my company and they saaid that if your memory gets full you hae to go and either delete some of your pictures or if you save a bunch of picture messages you have to get rid of them or something. If your battery is shot than you'll need a new one, I got one for five bucks brand new off ebay after shipping and handeling and everything.

My phone is out of service everywhere I go. Nobody elses phone is out of service.. Mine also just past my 1 year warranty. Help?
If it's a phone for Boost Mobile. You need to call Boost Mobile and have their tech support walk you through resetting the phone.

I've had that happen to me through Boost many times. There's a bunch of secret codes and things they'll have you enter to get your phone to connect to the network.

My old incognito did the same thing. Everytime they'd update or do anything I had to get it reprogrammed

EnV2 shutting off when closed
I have the same problem, only randomly, even with two key lock on. I read on here where someone said he discovered that pressing on the battery real hard (as if in your pocket) shuts the phone down. I tried and it did. I cleaned the terminals (don't scratch them--use Q-tip DAMPENED in 91% alcohol, or rub with soft cloth--don't get white paper circle with xxx wet!). Afterward, I could no longer shutdown phone by pressing battery. Solved? Time will tell. You can also go back to Verizon and they will swap it for a certified used one within the first year.

I turn camera on. Lens comes out. beep 3 times. turns off.
Everytime I try to turn it on, the lens comes out for about a second, the camera beeps 3 times, the lens retracts and the camera shuts off. The battery is completely charged and the camera is only 4 months old. HELPP :(

Phones not charging
you should definately throw the batteries away. They are probably close to dying and have very little battery life every charge. everytime you charge your battery it has less life in it so if it is old it might be time to replace the batteries.
