Yes the particular hardware which charges the battery of cell is bad, also go to samsung service centre then try  to change the battery, and definitely it will work.

My tablet wont turn on or charge

Unplug the Battery, hold the Power button for 10 seconds to discharge any capacitors, Plug the battery back in, Charge the tablet until the battery reaches 100% (Factory Charger preferred), Turn it on. If this doesn't work it could be a bad battery, bad charger or bad USB connector.7 Jan 2014

Why my phone keeps restarting

Battery may not be charged enough to run the phone. Keep the phone off and connect it to a charger to fully charge the battery or use an external battery charger.
Be sure the The micro usb connector is fully seated and that the battery is actually charging. A loose connection may appear to start the charging process, but if its loose, it may not be continuing to charge. Check the % progress.

Cant get my samsung tablet to turn on

Your tablet's battery is probably dead. This may be because you have a bad battery, a bad charger, or a bad charging cable. Try using a different cable first and let it charge for a few hours - even if it doesn't look like it is charging.

If the new cable doesn't do it, try using a different charger. Samsung devices are picky about what charger you use, so try to use one made for your tablet. If you don't have another charger, plug it into a PC's USB port with the PC turned on. Leave them on and plugged in over night. That should trickle charge your tablet.

If neither of those work, try holding down the power and the Volume Up buttons. Keep them both pressed until the Samsung logo/boot screen comes up - should only be a couple seconds. Once the logo comes up release the power button but keep holding the Volume Up button. That will boot you into Recovery Mode. If that comes up, it means you've got power and your tablet isn't broken, but there is something wrong with the Android OS that is keeping your tablet from powering up normally. Use the Volume Up and Down buttons to move the selection highlight to the Factory Reset option. This will wipe all the info off your tablet and put it back into a "brand new just out of the box" state. You'll lose your information on the tablet, but this should fix the boot problem. Press the power button to chose the Factory Reset option. It will take a few minutes. Once it says that it is done, select the Reboot or Restart option. It should reboot. This boot will take longer than normal, since its wiping things out. But not more than a few minutes.

Will not turn on

If tablet keeps burning out charges it is due to the fact that an internal short in the tablet is making the charging unit exceed its parameters and allowing it to burn itself out. The issue is with the tablet, not the chargers.

My phone wont charge.... i have bought a new battery, charged it for 24 hours, and it still wont charge. even when it does charge it wont keep the charge for more than a day. why wont it charge. plzzzz...

It could be the charger itself that has the issue. If you have another charger try that. If you have done this and it still won't hold a charge I would contact your service provider they will try to trouble shoot issue but more than likely will get you to send phone in through warranty if your still eligible. If not eligible for warranty and don't have insurance ask about upgrade options. Hope this helped.

Won't charge

Hello,

if the charger is good, then there is something wrong with the charging port or the battery.

If the battery is very flat before you charge, the charger would not be unable to wake the battery because the battery cell is weak. Its only a desktop charger that can wake the battery cell.

So, test your phone with another good battery, and if it still does not charge, then the charging port is bad as I said earlier.

Best wishes.

I have a problem with charging my phone. i had the whole charging socket fixed three times now but the probem still persist

you didn't tell whats the problem why your fon is not charging...Is the charger or the phone itself?if the problem is in your charger, check the wire, particularly in the 2 ends near the connector or plug of the charger. Most common problem is in the wire itself because the conductor inside it will be in the risk of cutting due to regular movement when you are going to charge.if you check the wire is good, then the problem is on the circuit of the cahrger.,most common defect is on the 3 kinds of parts, the transistor, resistor, and diodes..if you know how to use a multi tester, you can test them on their coresponding readings.
But,if your charger is good, the posible problem of not charging is in the socket or slot where the charger connector will plug in.Check if there is a loosen foot or pins of the said part..Otherwise,if its not,the problem is on the charging regulator of your cp..
