1.first of all download and install Nokia suite

SOURCE: my laptop does not recognize my n97 when connected via usb

Have had many similar issue with Nokia phones & PC Suite connections - works fine then stops - in add remove programs there is an entry called PC Connectivty Solution - it does not say Nokia unless you go change then it says Nokia - remove this, the Nokia suite & Nokia Connectivity Cable Driver - restart PC, switch off phone, remove battery, switch on, reinstall and it should work.

Dear Aladin,

N97 is a very advanced phone,all you need to do it install PC suite on pc and click on internet tab on when it loads >> hit connect >> it should connect instantly provided your SIM card has GPRS activated. please select required medium of connection in PC suite ( Bluetooth or USB cable)

besides this i dont think you need anything else to have the net running :)

You cant delete it but you can upgrade new software by connecting to your PC via PC Suite.Check for new upgraded software in www.nokia.co.in and download and install it.

When I bluetooth music to the nokia N97 phone it ends up in the text message inbox and cannot be played HELP
all of the files that you send in a phone via bluetooth is normal to recieved into inbox messages. once you recieve the file open it in the inbox, then goto options and save it to memory card.after that you can now delete it on your inbox.Goto music player and and goto option then click update music library, you can now play all of the music that you sent.hope this helps..enjoy
