First that address doesn’t lead anywhere. www.outlookexpress.nz Does not load. You should be able to go to outlook.com and try that site. If you are trying to use an email other than @outlook.com or @hotmail.com you may need to use a different email client

Outlook Express comes with your operating system. Goto control panel -> add / remove programs -> add / remove windows components. Check the Outlook Express box. If your OS files are not saved on your hard drive, you will need your original CD.

it would say msimn.exe

in C# code you just need to use FCL classes to send mail such as SENDMAIL it will automatically choose default mail client configured o n your system(hence you can use default mail client as outlook express.

open your outlook page tools at the then accounts then mail
highlight your mail account then click servers uncheck the box where it says to log on using password
also remember when the prompt for outlook comes on when it asks for account name that would be your mail address without the @ IT'S JUST THE FIRST PART OF YOUR MAIL ACCOUNT ie if your mail address was [email protected] you would put in account name johndoe
