It's no big deal, just download, then install the appropriate audio driver from HP Support,

Left-click on the + sign next to - Driver - Audio
Left-click right on the blue file name - Conexant High-Definition Audio Driver
You'll be taken to another page. On this page go down to the heading - Details and specifications
To the right of - File name: click on the blue - sp35849.exe [1/1, 3.57M]
A small window will pop up, Opening sp35849.exe
Left-click on - Save File
Another small window will pop up.
Write down what is in the top header of this window. This is where the file will download to.
It may state Desktop, or My Documents, or Downloads in the wording.
{Desktop, or Documents, or Downloads, for Win Vista, and Win7}
Desktop: The file - sp35849.exe will be on your desktop screen. (With a yellow folder icon next to it)
My Documents: Left-click on Start, then on My Documents.
{Documents: Left-click on the Windows logo button, then on Documents, for Vista and Win7}
Downloads: Left-click on Start, then on My Documents. Double-Click on Downloads.

When you see the file name Double-Click right on it.
Follow the easy instructions of the Installation Wizard.
(Or find the file with .exe behind it, and double-click on this file)
Restart your computer if not asked to do so.
For XP there are two driver files listed. If you have a Conexant audio device, you have to download, and install the second audio file first -
Microsoft Universal Audio Architecture (UAA) Bus Driver for High Definition Audio (sp32646)
Then download, and install the top driver file -
Conexant High Definition Audio Driver

With no driver Windows won't see the audio device installed ]

i Cant find the motherboard manufacturers name on the mother board

First i had windows vista and now i have changed to windows XP service pack 2 and i am not able to access net since i don't have lan driver.
