hi, it could be that the memory of your phone is full...you could just try delete some things that are not really useful to you, then you can now restore your factory setting..it should work well... cheers
oh i see what you have to do is type this password in on the home screen not when it asks you for the password... just type in your fone *2767*6263# and your fone will turn off, leave it for a minuite and turn it back on and there you go problem solved =]
This happened to me once before and I found I had the phone on flight mode instead of normal. Switch it off and on again and see if that works, if not there is more to it. I'm no expert with technical things but worth a try.
