WATER DRAINS WATER KEEPS RUNNING OUT THE DRAIN

Thank you for this! We had the same problem, and it WAS the drain pipe! Someone had CRAMMED it way down deep into the drain hole between the hot and cold spigots on the wall, so I pulled it up just a bit so that the hose was as tall as the washer, tried it again, and VOILA!

Thanks so much for saving me hundreds on a service call!!!

In your manual what does it say as to what height to fix the drain pipe. Try to maintain the height, approx 3 feet or so. The machine pumps the water out OVER the height..... The drain pipe shd not go straight into the drain at floor level.

Motor keeps running. Water heats fine. Help

One of the reasons for motor not draining during normal cycle is the check valve is stuck. It is meant to return to normal during drain cycle but close during wash. I think the cancel is resetting it and letting water out.

I have a WF328AAW washer and it drains yet the nd code appears after

Find the drain sensor, it will be somewhere low in the plumbing. Check to see if it is dirty, check it electrically, too.

My washer will not fill. The water keeps running and it never fills and just drains out the drain tube.

Check and see if the height of your drain is right. Sometimes if the drain is too low, it will cause the water to just flow right out of the machine. Check out the attached photo. Hope this helps and best wishes.

My washer keeps on tripping my GFCI when running the drain cycle -- the basket spins, but water doesn't seem to be draining.

Sounds like ither the water syphon tube that drains the water is plugged causing the pump to work to hard or the pump is going bad. I have pulled a sock from a drain hose before. It is also not uncommon for a GFCI to go bad. Cheaper to replace than paying a plumber or service tech if you can do it yourself - or talk a neighbor or friend into replacing it for you.

Water will not stay filled in tub on rinse cycle

It sounds like a siphon issue.
Check that the drain hose does a high loop before it goes into the drain pipe. (ie. drain hose loops above the water level inside the tub). Make sure the drain hose is not pushed too far down into the drain pipe. Also if the drain hose is sealed to the drain pipe this will create an airlock and a siphon will occur, allow air to enter between drain hose and drain pipe connection.
This should help you but if there is still a problem let me know and I'll try to assist you further.
Good luck!
