the solution is simple

1. set the camera on the picture taking mode
2. press the OK/Menu button the back of the camera
3. scroll down till u reach the SET and press the right arrow
4. now u'll be taken to the next window here press the top button and u'll reach the last option RESET
5. press OK again it asks for a confirmation select YES and then it resets to factory defaults

small suggestion here
if the settings are of the apperture and shutter its is better if u select the P (program) mode first and then follw the above steps

You can look through all menu to see if default setting is present. if not set up this way. look through menu 1 hit the arrow keys or ger to next....any ways set Iso to auto. focus to auto flash = auto metering to multipoint most important see if shutter speed has an auto or set to 1/8 second or 1/1000th hope this helps you ...but your going to have to read the manual some day. good luck

Hi, I have a TEAC CDx-70i. I went to give a lift to a friend up the road and was streaming television through my iPhone through the unit to my television. Basically I pulled the phone off the TEAC dock...

Jeff, Just wondering how you did reset your iPhone. Just switching off with the on / off button and swipe is not a real reset.
In settings, reste network settings goes deeper, but you will lose lots of settings, so on your own risk. There are even more drastic resets possible, every time losing more and more of your settings. You even can set back to factory settings, but then you even lose all data. Make sure you back up all your data via iTunes or in the cloud.

My S9500 seems to power up with green light but no display

Do both the LCD display and the Viewfinder not work? Or did you press the EVF/LCD button?
I can remember I had some panicking events with my camera, because I switched to a mode I did not understand (or even did not notice I did switch something) and only after intensive searching I found what I did wrong. My camera still works as it should, although I have fought severals times, now it is really defect. So don't panic or thing the worst.
Don't think you are stupid when you take the manual, to see how settings are.

I have a versalink model 327w that i bought from a friend that is asking me for a security key. when i ask him for the key he says that the router never had a security key so... i was wondering how can i...

you should have a RESET button on the back panel of the router. Power on you router, press the RESET button around 20sec. and then release.
Your router should go back to a factory default state and you can set up again the settings in it without the security key and you can generate a new sec.key if you need.

Have a nikon d70, lent it to friend who messed up all the settings. is there a way to reset the camera? thank you

You can perform a two button reset. This can be accomplished by holding the BKT button and the metering mode button simultaneously for two seconds. Review page 111 of the D70 manual details which settings are restored to factory default after performing a two button reset. Custom settings are not changed.

Good luck!

JVC HR-S9500 S-VHS VCR. all functions work except the eject on the vcr. there is no eject on the plays, ff, rew, stops etc. I can't get the tape out.

the eject button is a plastic piece that turns and pushes down on the board and is more then likely broken open the vcr take off the front face plate and check the button, it will propaply fall out. you can use super glue and glue the button back in place

I can't get past DATE/TIME NOT SET message.

When I press ok it brings up date time and year, and just use arrow buttons to move along and select, then ok when finished.
