I am unable to charge my mobile ph either through the powerpoint or thein car charger. Both attempts to charge the phone came up with the same messages ... "unable to charge", once it even said "insert sim". I was able to make and receive calls....well that was before it went totally flat
I dropped my motorola razor phone on the ground and the back and sim card came out.I replaced both of them and then tried to turn on my phone (I have done this before and it never seemed to be a problem). It would not turn on and when i tried to charge it it said "unable to charge" and once it said "insert sim card".I dropped my motorola razor phone on the ground and the back and sim card came out.I replaced both of them and then tried to turn on my phone (I have done this before and it never seemed to be a problem). "unable to charge", "insert sim".
is your phone been dropped or got wet? if unable to charge, when using a wall charger, try different outlets. if using onl one charger, tr different chargers. if it won't work, try other compatible batteries if you would get a charging message. if does not work, have your phone checked with a service center

Mostly nokia chargers doesn't make problems...
just try the following..
1.connect ur mobile with a system (usb cable)...if it charges then replace your charger fault is in their,
2.if problum not solved then, power off mobile, romove the back flip and remove the bettry, check the phone,s connecting metel terminals,
if they r slightly bent, bend them slightly upward whith the help of a pin, check metal terminals of the battry if they r ok then good othervise replace bettry with new one.
3.check the bettry in another cell phone if it charges theno problum is in ur cell phone or power jack(socket)...
IF Charging Problem not Solved So then contect a qualified repair.
try charging on a wall charger? im assuming you have a usb wall connector to match your computer charger like i do, also try it on different options besides mass storage.
If you are unable to charge your mobile phone with your charger, then the problem is that your charger is not plugged in firmly or it is in need of replacement.
if that is not the case then there might be a problem with the hard ware of your mobile phone.
I would highly advice for you to take your mobile to a mobile shop to solve this issue.
hi :)
motorola K1 is a flip phone, when open flip no display, that mean phone ribbon was spoil.pls send for mobile technician to change a new ribbon.
pro will solve.
Buy a new charger. If your computer charger works, and either your house or car charger are not working it is whichever is not charging the phone that is the issue. .
Check the contacts between phone and battery,
if necessary align or clean. Are
you using original Motorola charger? This solved my problem; I was trying to
charge it with one of those "universal" chargers. Hope this helps!
My husbands mobile phone did the same thing. Turns out he had put the charger input in the wrong way and broken the connection and there fore the phone wasnt charging. Unable to be fixed.
