You may have a firmware problem. You will need to either
A) Give it to a phone repair shop to have a look at
B) Try to fix it using SEUS, from the Sony Ericsson website
C) Flash it yourself using xs++ (look for a tutorial)
or it could be a problem with the display, in which case either
A) Give it to a phone repair shop to have a look at
B) Get a new phone

obviously it has something to do with it's screen... the best thing to do is bring it to a technician... that would be a minor repair. it could be either a "part" is loose( due to accidental bumps) or that specific part needs a replacement. Here in the Philippines, it'll cost you below a thousand pesos...
try a new battery if that does not work then the phone may need to be flashed so this process can be done online at topsony.com for a fee of course also you can take it to a mobile service center and have them flash it for you to correct this problem.
