Which part of programming you required?Data Editing?Header/Terminator configuration?

Just download print the GRYPHON quick reference guide (print on laser printer without zooming) and program the scanner to factory default.
Otherwise, you will need to download the FULL reference manual. Then print out the relevant programming barcodes that will remove the last character.

you dont`t have a driver for serial comm.open hyper terminal on com port where is the scaner.read a code and you wilkl see the numbers on the screen.If you want to work with some windows programs change that barcode for usb or ps/2 variant.

I'm 100% positive that your scanner is need to be repaired, or if it's still guaranteed please change into a new one.
