Look in the local phone book.

Go to www.radioreference.com, when you get to the home page, click on the blue reference database tab in the middle of the page, then click on the state of NC on the map, then click on Catawba county on the next map, This will give you all of the freq's for catawba County. Now-Keep in mind that these are the old VHF dispatch freq's. Most everything in the county is now on the 800 mhz Viper system for operations. Look down at the bottom of the page and click on North Carolina VIPER and look through the info there. it's a very long list and I haven't look through all of it myself so I don't know what's all there.

Your county's name is listed twice in that list. The reason for this is that your county has two transmitter towers stationed in its broadcasting area. L live in Haywood county NC and I am running the following Radioshack scanners: Pro82, Pro95 and a Pro97. When will the rebanding take these scanners down. Also will the Pro97 beable to be rebanded as it really is a good scanner.
