Xbox360 will not read games

If your XBOX 360 is under warranty just send it back to Microsoft and let them fix it. If not, you need to find instructions on YouTube to disassemble your XBOX and then you will need a cotton swab that has two ends on it like the ones you clean your ears with. Use lens cleaner like you would clean eye glasses with or something that will not streak. Be very careful not to damage the laser. Gently take the swab with the cleaner on it and rub it around the laser lens in a clockwise motion about 3 times. Do the same thing counter clockwise. Now turn the swab around to the dry end and perform the same tasks in reverse order. So...you will use the dry end counter clockwise 3 times and then clockwise 3 times. Now put your XBOX back together and see if it has fixed the problem. There are a couple of other options to try as well but you didn't mention anything about it grinding so I did not post those fixes. Let me know if you need them.

This is a problem occurring in all the xbox 360 consoles....... this is mainly because of the poor quality of the disc.....as a result it leads to the damage of ur xbox 360 lens..............use good original discs........the heating effect is due to the long usage of pirated discs ...
