One of the best ways to clean the drain hoze of a washing machine is to spool up the hose and place it into a bucket with at least 2 cups of vinegar (white or cider) and enough water to cover the disconnecfed hose. Soak overnight and rinse well before reinstalling.

Sounds like the water valve or supply is clogged/turned off. The buzzing or humming sound is the control board energizing the valves.

Hi, It seems that you have accidentally locked the machine. Hold the "Options" button and the "Select" button simultaneously for 10-15 seconds and your problem will get fixed for sure.

I have a Fridgidaire Front Loader Washer _ Affinity that flashed the E10 error code. I also had the problem with the fabric softener dispenser not emptying, and staying full of water. The problem was the cold water filter on the back of the washing machine that was semi-plugged. Cleaned the filter and now works perfectly. My machine is no longer flashing the Error code 10. The dispenser works perfectly.
