I would check the drain pipe for clogs. if that doesn't work then it is probably the drain in the washer. I have had the same problem with my washer before and it was fairly new. mabe a year old
try bottom front right hand side is a filter ,...undo ..water will come out so have some towels ready... clean and refit... bsc appliances 07779933829 spares and repairs.
Was it working before? You may have a blocked outlet hose. Try taking it off under the sink to look for a blockage. You could also try getting some water in from that end with another hose to see if it comes out into the machine. If it is not a blocked hose, then the pump may be faulty.
E15 means that it is not draining fast enough. As well as checking the outlet pipes, check the filter leading to the pump. Disconnect the power and pipe. If possible take outside because there will be a residual amount of water. Remove the back panel, then disconnect the locking rings holding the tubes on. Your main target should be the big downflow rubber tube from the drum, in here is a plastic filter. In mine I found a child's sock... plus buttons...plus slime. Problem solved.
Hi there usually the FO5 Problem is pump draining problem, check the U Bend under your sink for blockages also the outlet pipe for blockages, you may even need to take of the front lower panel and you should find a small pipe and you can clear and drain water from that also and clear of any bits. hope this helps
remove the top panel by unscrewing the 3 screws at the back of the washer dryer . remove the top and then remove the back metal panel. the screws are down the side and all around the back of the panel. once you have removed the panel check for the black rubber hose that connects to the drum. remove the clip holding the rubber hose by prising it with a small screwdriver. be careful as the water will flow out quite quickly. Check the hose pipe for any blockages and clear as required.
Suggestion: Plug off the wall first. Possible your outlet filter is blocked. This requires cleaning depending on your usage. Clean this out and refit. Check out user's manual. Good luck.
Also check if your inlet into the machine is not clogged.
