It sounds like the seal is coming off. I would first super clean it. Make sure nothing could be getting in the way of the seal. I would also check to see if any part of the top is warped. If that is the case, you should try and return it.
F7 code usually means a power failure. It means that at one point, the stove wasn't getting any power to it. This could be from a short blackout or just bumping the plug. If it continues to come up, you may have a short in your outlet. You just need to reset the front to get it to stop flashing.
It's pretty easy when you find how to do it... I found that video that visually helped me... (http://eurostream.ca/FR/ez_conx_supplyline.asp) if you look into that "easy connector" you'll see a small piece of transparent plastic that the copper can fit into it... but that piece should be removed from manufacturer because it is not needed. So, you have to remove the piece of plastic using a little knife if you want to push it like on the video. As soon as you remove that and you push it enough, you will finally heard that little "click"... So that means that it is on place.
sounds to me like you have a venting problem or the vent is plugged check the vent clean it out. make it as short as you can , also if you can use rigid metal vent...if all is clean then the blower wheel must be broken.. or loose. check for air flow out the vent ...let me know what you find..
