Hello! You need to disassmble the side which includes the lcd monitor, so you can see the lens and ccd block area. Blow air inside to clean the parts, and reassemble it .If the problem continues please let me know. There's another way then.
Blowing air might help temporarily.
PSD NG is an error dealing with the OIS [optical image stabilization].
It can be fixed, it is not as terminal an error as many have rumored it
to be. Dirt inside the lens area could be a cause, but very remotely THE cause. You can
have the camera sent in to Pani, and they will fix it, and you will get
a bill for $300 - $600.
However the main cause for so many, if not all of
the dvx100 series to have the psd ng error is loose cables. If you feel
sure of yourself with a screwdriver, tweezers, & forceps, you can
make the repair yourself. In simple terms, all you need to do is reseat
the ribbon cables. Follow the steps & photos here:

I did this repair with great success. It was a nerve wracking two
hours, but I have not had the error reappear since. I got the camera
from someone dirt cheap, [read 1/4 value], because of the psd ng error.
I made the repair & not only have a fully operational unit with
beautiful pictures, but I also quadrupled the value of it.
