I've got the same problem with mine. The teeth became disengaged and wouldn't let the motor drive any of the paper handling rollers. I was able to get it working again by simply squeezing the clutch back together to get the teeth to re-engage. I don't know how long that fix will last, and if I have a page jam and have to pull the paper out in a way that causes the rollers to reverse it'll probably disengage again. On the bright side, at least it's easy to pull the fuser assembly out the back :)

Re: Paper jam 1. Fuser rollers not rotating.
Hope this helps, We had a similar problem with a brother colour laser.
If you carefully remove the fuser rollers and toner cartridge grab a moist/damp cloth soaked dishwashing soap, not to wet but and carefully wipe down the fuser rolsers and toner rollers.
Remember toner is toxic so be carefull
Be carefull not to nick the rollers, if anything chips it or scratches it it will mark everything else.
And yes envelopes if fed incorrectly can gum up the rollers.
I have also used metho to carefully clean down all the rollers before just dont use too much.
Another handy tip is follow the path that a sheet of paper travels and watch where it gets caught exactly.
IF you do pull it all apart, Just make sure you take it slow and watch where everything goes to put it all back. Also make sure that you discharge the unit before opening it up so there is no high voltage inside.
Also if you find that the toothed clutch is worn chek out ebay for spares for your model.
Hope this helps

1. Up to where paper traveled.. If its reached up to Fuser assembly & curl folds accrued under cartridge.. replace Teflon sleeve or Fuser assembly. 2. If paper traveled up to Fuser out(near 2-3 inch)...Clean/replace/flag Fuser out paper sensor 3. If paper traveled up to registration assembly:Clean registration sensors/flags. 4. Check pickup rollers.
Three areas you need to check.1.Pick up area: While pick up roller picking up the paper, delay pick or no pick causes paper jam.. 2.Registration assembly area: Once paper picked from the tray, paper leading edge registered by the paper sensor located under the registration assembly.. In case this sensor dusty malfunction or flag damage, paper wont sense. result paper damage.. 3.Fusing area. If the paper travels up to fuser area, check paper jammed before entering in fuser(Teflon not rotating properly, replace teflon sleeve) or just crossed?(check paper sensors in fuser unit, clean the sensors & check flags, flag springs.
Most likely you will have to replace the fuser. Also I would inspect all pick up rollers and make sure they are all textured with no smooth or bald spots. Bad rollers are the #1 cause of jams. Also if you hear any clicking you may have a bad gear.
Analyse what type of jam it is...based on that we can shoot the trouble.1. Paper is jamming before entry in fuser and its folds like curl in the cartridge area.. A. Fuser Teflon sleeve not rotating or slow rotation results media(paper)unable to reached the destination in specified interval. Replace fuser assm or Teflon sleeve.2. Paper jamming after fuser assembly crossed little bit ( approx 1-2 inch).A. Clean fuser out paper sensor, check sensor flag & flag spring located in fuser assm.3. Paper jammed after fuser crossed more than 6 inches..A. Check paper pick up roller warn out(tray1 or 2), check registration sensor located under registration assm. How to remove fuser assm: remove back door, see the snap shot...
Registration sensor location:
Pick roller roller tray 2 : Pl try it carefully..Best of luck...
The samsung printer have three paper jam sensors. First (paper jam 0) after the feed rollers. Second (paper jam 1) at the left of the feed rollers and third (paper jam 2) at the fuser unit where it is hot. You can see the actuator between the two white rollers. Paper jam 2 is mainly cause by the scrappers out of position on the side of the upper heat rollers. You will have to clean it and put it back into position.
Your Samsung ML-3561ND looks to be an HP Laserjet 4000-series printer. Same engine, different electronic.
The fuser is in the rear of the machine, and may be relating to the drop-down rear panel where you clear paper jams. Open it and give it a good push closed and the printer should cycle and come ready.
