I had the same problem. Went into setup menu and scrolled down to "initialise" option. This option reset my camera, and then asked for the time and date. After setting the time/date, the camera was able to take flash pics again! Thanks!

According to the manual and E:91 code means "a camera malfunction that you cannot reverse has occurred" rhe corrective action states "Press the RESET button" Hope that works for you. I have a cybershot with a lens problem and Sony wants to charge me $190 to have it fixed

I need an owners manual for Sony Cybershot 3.0" clearshot LCD

You may download the manual from here. You're also going to want the "Cyber-shot Handbook" from the same place.

To change what the screen shows, press cursor-up (marked DISP).

It keeps saying on the lcd memory stick error!

remove the memory stick, you should be able to see the backend of the stick, push it in and it will pop out. after removing the stick try operating the camera again.

Cannot Take Pictures Anymore...

Green, I spent some time today with a sony tech rep on line. We went thru the motions of battery, memory card and still no help. So I'm sending my camera back to sony for repair. Mine is still under warranty. Hopefully yours is too. Good Luck. Mike aka m1stones1
