This sounds like a possible power supply issue. I would suggest that you get a schematic, open up the set and look at the power supply section using a multimeter to measure the voltages.from the begining of the power supply plug, to the end of the power supply voltage regulator. I you want to we can troubleshoot this issue togeether, via live chat. Thank you, Shuttle83

Fridge temperature too hot won't go down with temperature controls

This looks like there is a problem with thermstat in the fridge. We had a fridge that would not cool and we found it to be the thermastat problem. You have to replace the thermstat on the fridge. Not 100% sure but a high possibility.

How to program a woods TD1000 indoor timer

Here's how to set Woods TD1000 timer

This is older timer with backup battery. Plug in timer to see if battery will work. Display shows when battery is charged. No display, then timer is no good.

TD-1000 timer has 8 on-off functions per 24-hour day ...newer timers each offer 7 day function with choices of each-day, week-day, or week-end programming. The wider choices with newer timers may explain why TD1000 instructions are hard to find

Timer has 5 buttons + reset:
TIME MODE PROG HOUR MIN

Set time
Press and hold TIME > use Hour to set hour, Min to set minute
Release Time button ... correct time should show

Program: Capacity for 8 on-off times per day
Press PROG to set first ON time
ON and number 1 are displayed on left
Use hour and minute button to set ON time

Press PROG to confirm
Now, OFF and number 1 are displayed
Use hour and min key to set OFF time

Press PROG to confirm

When 8 programs are set, Press MODE key.
Choose Manual OFF. Manual ON, Auto ON, Auto Off

To use programs, select Auto ON

DST daylight savings time has to be done manually.
Press HOUR MIN button simultaneously > timer set up one hour
Repeat again and timer goes back one hour

Do not plug timer into extension cord > must be plugged into wall

Television turns on and off without a remote being used, cycles constantly. This happened when I tried to program my tivo remote to use with it. How do I reset the televion?

Try unplugging it. Leave it that way for an hour at least. Try to turn it on while unplugged to discharge stored power that might keep settings.

We have a Dynex 19" television. We use the "timer" function as a wake-up alarm in the morning. The set should turn on at 5:55 AM. Recently the unit stopped turning on automatically. I checked all the...

After cussing at the thing for a while to get its attention,
I thought the problem over and fixed it as follows:

I went into the setup menu and selected the "reset default option. The set went to blue screen. The next step was to rescan the channels. Then in the time setup menu I turned off the automatic time update. So far have not had any more problems.
