Was told that if I purchased a Verizon phone 3G or less I could change it over to straight talk. After purchasing my phone I was later told I have to a serial # that is all numerical not alphanumerical. I was also told there is a way I can have the alphanumerical # changed to all numerical. If so how do I do this and which # is the serial # I'm confused. Please say you can HELP !

The Motorola Droid is a a Verizon phone, not straightalk.. If the Original then it is long out of warranty. We have had multiple Droids so I'd like to confirm which one. It could be the battery. If the original droid, then it has a depleted battery. In some cases charging it overnight might recalibrate the battery. If it has been used past its charge cycle times then it will need to be replaced.
