I need to change the spark plugs in a 1997 ford f-150 5.4 literV8

Ahh you gotta love ford for this one. First off the engine has a coil on plug system meaning this is a coil for each clynder. You will first have to unplug the harness from the coil then take a 7mm wrench or scocket and remove the coil hold down screw remove the coil. NOw you will have to go to a tool store and buy a long flex head 5/8 spark plug scocket to get the plugs out. also when you put the new ones in put some antiseize on teh threads of the pug. Good luck its kinda a pain in the but but you will save some money i believe on some of the fords book time is from an hour to three hours depending on what truck or van it is.
