The #*11 was pure genius (resetting 'headset') as I was about to throw it against the wall not being able to figure out a solution!! Any ideas on how to fix consistently distorted audio? Have checked my phone connection, fine; set 'bandwidth' saver (thru vonage), fine; even disconnected/reconnected dict. 0421 model power source a couple times - no go. Audio is horribly garbled. Makes the already-impossible dictation that much more ecstatically-fun! (thanks for this great forum...some excellent tips)

I am trying to change the voice recall. Presently when you take your foot off the pedal it will start again at exactly the same spot - I would like to get a voice recall of at least one to two words instead of having to use the foot pedal to back up constantly.
